One job you would have missed pays for a year
Priced against a won job rather than against seats. Every plan is one named user; access for a second person is arranged with us rather than bought here. All prices in Canadian dollars, per month, and you can stop at the end of any month.
Setting up an account is free and stays free: every tender screened against your company, every answer with its reasons, the deadline calendar, your cost per hour, and your bid history. Nothing expires. A subscription is what opens the bid package on every tender after your first one.
Know every opportunity that fits, every day — and keep a record of every decision you make about one.
- Every federal and Québec open tender, read six-hourly
- Eligibility screening against your trades and tickets
- Your cost twin — what each job pays you
- Gate calendar — site visits, question deadlines, closings
- Your decision record — every verdict, every reason, ready for COR
- Bring in your own MERX notices under your subscription
Everything in Watch, plus keeping the bid right once you are working on it.
- Everything in Watch
- Addenda read automatically — what changed, and what it made stale
- Upload a takeoff to price a job against your own costs
Everything in Bid, plus running the whole bidding operation rather than one bid at a time.
- Everything in Bid
- Multi-branch — screen every base against the right work
- What-if — try a bigger radius, a certificate, a base, before you commit
- Buyer & competitor profiles — who wins this buyer's work, and where else
- Why opportunities get away — declined reasons and qualification gaps, ranked
- Bonding exposure — what you're actually committed to, against your stated limit
- Pipeline — considering, submitted, won, lost and no-bid, with known totals
- Win/loss performance — actual outcomes by buyer, trade, place and branch
- Assign who owns following a tender up
- More than one company under a single login
One named login per account. A login is a person here, because your bid history records who made each decision — and a shared password would make that record worthless. If you need several people in one company, write to us and we will sort it out.
What is actually different between the plans
The top block is in every plan, including the free one. Everything below it is what a subscription adds.

Generated from the plan definitions the product itself checks, so this table cannot describe a boundary the software does not enforce.
Things that are not an upsell
Some of what this does exists because the alternative is software that misleads people. None of it sits behind a higher price.
Including the ones that go against you. A blocked tender names the requirement and quotes the clause.
Whether you supplied it or it is a default, how confident it is, and what would change it.
Read inside your company only, never pooled with another, never redistributed.
Not behind a confirmation, not behind a setting. You sign and send.
The questions worth answering honestly
Not all of them, and that is a real gap rather than something on a roadmap. MERX carries the Province, Manitoba Infrastructure and every open City of Winnipeg opportunity, and its terms forbid us holding any of it. You can bring one in yourself and it gets the same treatment as everything else. The data page sets out exactly what is and is not reachable, province by province.
Yes. Checkout works, you can change or cancel your plan from your account page, and cancelling keeps your access until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no trial clock — a free account is free indefinitely.
Watch removes the one-package limit. Everything else on the Watch list — the feed, the screening, the reasons, the calendar, the cost model, the bid history — is in the free account too, and stays there. We would rather you saw the whole argument before deciding whether it is worth paying for.
No. It tells you what the job costs you and what margin your own target implies. Recommended price bands were built here and measured against 33 Manitoba construction awards, which spanned a 6.2x range nationally. There is not enough public data to produce one honestly, so it was removed.
Never. Software that can file a bid is one bug away from filing a wrong one, and the liability would be yours.
Public award notices — 40,933 of them as at 24 August 2026, 27,118 federal and 13,815 Québec, re-checked weekly. Where a buyer has too little history the scorecard shows a dash and the reason rather than inventing a number.
You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Your bid history is yours — export it before you go, because it is the audit evidence and it is the one thing here nobody else can reproduce.
